I’m Dean; Physio, educator, wishful innovator, football enthusiast and Dad.

Currently, I’m loving my life as a Physiotherapy Lecturer at the University of Lincoln in the UK – where I’ve been since May 2021. I’m committed to contributing to developing immersive, reflective and interprofessional approaches to teaching to manage what I feel is a big issue; the disconnect between ‘theory at University and practice on placement’.

Throughout my page and blogs, I hope to encourage and stimulate academic conversations around some key areas of my educational (and personal) practices; Simulation-based Education, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovations.
