I became aware of AI from a student Physio funnily enough, in early 2023 – ChatGPT had changed the world (I’m still waiting to see the evidence of this) in late 2022 and I wasn’t prepared for the incoming boom that AI would produce.
For the first 6 months, I couldn’t keep up. What is a GPT? What’s CoPilot? Who is Claude? Are they just search engines? Cue pandemonium.
After investing some time — namely asking ChatGPT and Claude what AI actually is — I gained a deeper insight into Artificial Intelligence and what we commonly refer to as AI: Large Language Models (LLMs). I’m passionate about distinguishing between them.
As of May 2025, LLMs have profoundly impacted my life. Critics may label early AI adopters as lazy or blind to ethical considerations, but I view LLMs as an inevitable future. One must learn to use them ethically or risk being left behind.”
Here’s a few of my thought blogs around my work and the climate around AI.
